With over 34 years of experience in business administration and compliance, she serves as a trusted advisor overseeing key areas such as human resources, accounting, strategic planning, and regulatory compliance. She brought a rare mix of top-down administrative leadership and roll up your sleeves execution, making her an indispensable asset to the team. Lisa’s passion for problem-solving and supporting business growth is grounded in her strong sense of community and faith. She’s often the first to suggest team prayer when challenges arise. Outside of Goldfinch she serves as the Community Coordinator for her local church, holds various leadership roles, and continues to consult for small businesses. Lisa is also a proud grandmother of seven and can often be found loudly cheering on her grandchildren from the stands. She finds joy in balancing her professional expertise with faith and personal fulfillment, always showing up with heart, purpose and dedication.

Daniela joined the Goldfinch team in 2024, bringing over a decade of experience in management and scheduling across industries such as retail, construction and dental care. Her background as an Assistant Store Manager and Scheduling Coordinator has equipped her with strong organizational skills and a natural ability to keep operations running smoothly.
